SHRADHANAND NARKAR

Architect & Interior Designer

Graduated from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 2003 and a PGD degree in Project Management in Building Construction from the Project Management Institute, Rachana Sansad, Mumbai in 2005. He has been an Architect with various reputed Architectural & Corporate firms since 2002. He brings strong project management skills to the Studio with his experience at handling diverse projects successfully.

CHETAN G. SHENOY

Architect & Interior Designer

Chetan G Shenoy achieved his Diploma in Architecture in the year 2003. He was a part of number of projects requiring expertise in Architecture Art Engineering Construction. Chetan always believed "A well thought and working Architecture is a Right of everyone", so he gained expert Design knowledge in all faculties from Interior to Exterior, from an Individual House to Town planning and Mass Housing, from Commercial to Hotels and Retails, from minimum Specifications of materials to Luxury over his 15 years of learning.

Mr.PARAG K. NARLEKAR

B.E. Civil. Bombay University, Mumbai, India

Practicing in Mumbai, license no str/n/23. MIE. Specializing in Civil Engineering Design he has a solid reputation spanning 25 years in structural consultancy, land surveying and quantity estimating, tendering, bill checking, etc. Experienced in large residential and institutional projects including RIS for Govt. of Bhutan, industrial buildings, bungalows, and apartments. He has worked on residential / industrial projects ranging from 1,500 to over 1,50,000 sq. ft. Directed projects costing from Rs. 20,00,000/- to over Rs. 10,00,00,000/-. A highly successful and verifiable track record in controlling the flow / pace of a complex network of activities. With his vast experience, he is a strong mentor and guiding factor at the Studio.

MR. VISHWAS TIRODKAR

Senior Architect, State Technical Board, Mumbai, India

Practicing in Mumbai. He graduated from the L.S. Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai in 1981. He has his core competencies in Project Planning & Management, Coordination, Contract Administration & Management, Site & Construction Management / Resource planning, Designing and Man Management. He has 10 years of working experience at Muscat in the Middle-East. He brings in a high degree of experience and professionalism in the Studio.
